Flickr was very beautiful. I have never been to this website and some of the pictures were breathtaking. I love how the tags were at the bottom so I could just pick a variety of pictures to see.
I have watched youtube on many occasions. It is a fun tool and can be very entertaining. The video of the evolution of dance was very funny. I enjoyed it very much with my daughter, who is a dancer. Whenever we want to remember something from long ago we just connect to youtube and there it is.

I think that librarything is a great site to use. I can see how many people have read a book and their reviews of the book. You can also see similar books that I might enjoy reading and keep a list of the ones that I have read.

I think that Delicious is a great tool. I like the tag clouds in the opac and never connected that that was the same thing. I can see putting all the websites that you use often as a bookmark in case you forget the exact names. It will also be helpful as a research tool so that the information is available to all in an easier manner to obtain at any location. I created a book mark on the library's delicious page for the fan which is a website I use daily. Hopefully, I'll make a delicious account and have lists of websites that I can get to quickly.

I think that Facebook and My Space are great additions to the library website. They both contain lots of information that can be accessed by just clicking a button. I think Facebook is more appealing than My Space since Facebook seems more user friendly and more popular now. The library can use these features to bring in more younger people who can obtain a lot of information from the library just by sitting at home on their computers. People will be able to communicate with each other to share their favorite books and anything interesting happening at the library. It's great to see pictures of the people at the library using the different services that are offered.
Just finished my first twitter very exciting, thank god again for my lovely daughter helping me through this. this is going to take me a while to get used to, but I think it will be lots of fun. This is the posting that I actually managed to write on the mmscl twitter: "The ducks upstairs are really great. Loved watching them from home on the website at the library. Keep up the good work."
